I’m Ique Zaidan, a Brazilian Senior Designer with over 20 years of experience working across branding, packaging, and visual identity systems.
My career began in small studios and ad agencies, where I spent more than a decade building a strong foundation in concept development and execution. In 2012, I founded my own design studio, leading brand projects from early strategic thinking through to final delivery. Running a studio for over 13 years shaped the way I approach design today: with a deep respect for craft, clarity, and the real-world constraints that come with complex, large-scale work.
I currently work as a Senior Designer at Design Bridge and Partners New York (based in São Paulo), contributing to global brands such as Mondelez, Kellanova and Coppertone. My work sits at the intersection of concept, system design, and execution, developed in close collaboration with strategy and creative leadership to ensure ideas scale consistently across touchpoints.
I studied Advertising and Marketing at ESPM in Brazil and later specialized in Photography, alongside ongoing education throughout my career to expand both my technical and conceptual range.
My work is driven by strong ideas and careful execution, with a focus on building clear, flexible systems that hold up in market. I’m known for translating complex briefs into impactful design solutions that balance expression, consistency, and production reality.
I’ve previously collaborated with brands and organizations such as Heineken, HAVAS, Janssen Pharma, Boston Scientific, Avon, Citröen, Marques Construtora among others, across both independent studio and agency environments.
